All slings are made to the customer's supplied measurements. Our standard manufacturing tolerance is ±⅛″ on width and ±⅛″ on length. New sling fabric is designed to stretch approximately 1½″ over the first several weeks of use; a snug fit at installation is expected and intentional.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements. Before you order, please read our measuring guide. Re-fabrication of a sling due to incorrect customer-supplied measurements is at the customer's cost. If you are unsure, send us a photo and your measurements using our contact form.
All prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping surcharges are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders with suspected pricing errors or that cannot be fulfilled due to fabric availability.
Orders placed but not yet processed may be held for a period of time to confirm order details, such as measurements, address information, or customer notes. We will notify you via email if your order is held. Production times on held orders may be extended. If we are unable to make contact with you via email or telephone within seven (7) business days, PatioSlings.com reserves the right to either cancel and refund your order, or proceed with production as-is. If you have questions about the status of your order, please contact us.
If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can correct most problems if notified within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, there may be additional costs if materials have already been cut for your order.
Stated lead times are estimates from the date your order is placed. Fabric availability, holidays, and shipping-carrier delays may affect arrival dates. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. If you need to make an address change after your order is shipped, we cannot guarantee that the change will be accommodated by the carrier. Charges will apply for any address changes made after shipping.
If your package arrives damaged during transit or is missing, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. We may request additional information, such as photos of the damaged packaging or contents, to process the claim efficiently.
If there are any issues with your order you must notify our customer service department within ten (10) business days of receiving your order. Our team may require additional documentation and/or photos of the product or packaging to determine the best course of action for correcting any issues.
All patio slings are bespoke and made to customer specifications; therefore, custom slings cannot be returned for refund. If the product is defective or arrives outside the stated ±⅛″ tolerance, we will remake the sling at no charge.
Our slings carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. The warranty does not cover labor, shipping, or damage from misuse, bleach, power-washing, or commercial use.
