Custom replacement slings for ottomans and footrests - sewn to your measurements in our USA workroom.

Ottoman and footrest frames almost always take a single flat panel. Measure length along the side rail and the front and back widths. Order the same fabric as your chairs if you want the set to look intentional.
An ottoman sling is the small companion piece in a patio conversation set: footrests, pull-up ottomans, and leg rests that use the same mesh fabric as the chairs. This page is not for full-height chair backs or full-length chaise loungers. Replace those on chair slings and chaise slings.
Although most ottoman frames are simple rectangles where the front and back widths are the same size, we still require both front and back width dimensions because frames can warp or taper from long-term use. We sew replacements that fit major outdoor brands that sell sling frames with rails that take standard 1/4″ or 5/16″ spline.
Customers usually order ottoman slings when they refresh a dining or lounge set so the footrest doesn't stay in the old faded fabric. Use the same fabric family and colorway as the chairs when you can. Still measure the ottoman itself. Do not copy chair seat dimensions. Three measurements cover almost every ottoman: length, front width, and back width, to the nearest 1/8″. See the measuring guide for rail-to-rail measuring tips.
Each ottoman sling is cut and sewn in the USA based on your custom sizes, and include vinyl retension spline. Fabric options are the same as those used on chairs and chaises (Sunbrella®, Phifertex®, Textilene®). Current production lead time is 25 to 30 business days, plus 5 to 7 days for shipping.
Select the ottoman sling ottoman sling above and choose your fabric and sizes. Ordering chairs in the same order? Start with the chair sling styles, then add the ottoman so colors match.
Colors on a screen rarely match colors on the patio.
